Arriving at LaTour

Background for the first Game:

City of LaTour:

It is named the city of light as it is a Theocracy dedicated to Hannah the goddess of light. This city is considered the highest degree of purity and has yet to see a darkness come forth to destroy it until now. The once proud city is now under siege by the unknown power that is currently corrupting many of the crypts. Raising the dead and ensuring that the population is rightfully scared.

Background on the goddess Hannah:

She is the goddess of Light, good and forgiveness. She has a very libertarian view on forgiveness making her a very open goddess , ensuring that all those whose heart may falter still have a chance at being forgiven.Her followers however do not follow her very forgiven nature as the mortal world isn't as white and black. They have seen far to many liars and usurpers to let her all forgiving heart be the only decision point. Though they are all good in their hearts many have  pushed aside the all forgiven portion of her creed to ensure that only those who truly merit heaven reach it.

Beginning of the game:

Alythiel wakes up in what appears to be a cemetery. Around her is a crater of about 15 feet most of it has destroyed what were once grave stones as someone is calling out to see if anyone was hurt. She meets Kale, a night watchmen of the Merival district that was sent to investigate the falling of a start in the Greystone cemetery. He was surprised to find only a young girl standing in the middle of the crater and even more surprise to find that the dead rose and surrounded them. As they fought on Alythiel noticed one of them being taken over by the dark mist, as as it moved, it also thanked her for his freedom and that this land would know the true meaning of Darkness. The fight between them and the skeletons dragged on but they survived as Kale brought her to the only Priest he knew to discuss her origins. His name was Henry and he listened to her story about her being an angel fallen from grace, seeking redemption. Kale and Henry looked at each other and though she speaks the truth, they are yet unsure if she speaks the truth or only believes herself to be an angel.
